Should I buy a new house with black mold? - chaetomium mold

I am a new building and mold inspection with air again Stachybotrys (black mold) and Chaetomium basement with no visible source. This is clearly a major problem, my question is that I am the seller to repair or do I go? You may have to break dry on the wall, because there is no visible source of mold. Even if correct, the probability that the shape is repeated? Is this normal? What should I do? Thank you!
